I applogize if there already a thread for this (I did a search and found nothing), but are there plans for a 170 line at Oshkosh, like last year?
TIA

Re: Oshkosh, 2011
Rich, in answer to your question, Kent Misegades, who coordinated the C-170's at AirVenture 2010 sent me a note saying the the EAA has invited us back for 2011. The EAA is currently holding 50 slots for us. Apparently it is rare to be invited back, but our group was so great they want to have us there again.
However, Kent has sold his C-170 and needs to turn this - simple - task over to someone else.
So the officers of the Association will be discussing this at the mid-year board meeting the end of February.
In the meantime, if there is anyone who has a burning desire to be the coordinator let me know via email: jwildharber@cessna170.org Kent can provide all the material and EAA guidelines and will be available to help with questions.
