Arash, not picking on your nice looking installation (much) but aren't you going to put firesleeve on the fuel lines? It's good insurance.

Good job/nice pictures. Inspiration for the rest of us. I looked at my F&M adapter that has been on for long time. It is dry and has the fiber gasket so I am going to wait until next annual or oil change to change the gaskets. I recently got a new set from Spruce and tried to call F&M to see if I could borrow their thread tool. They don't seem to answer their phone. My filter is oriented opposite from yours but I maybe too close to left engine mount (about 1/2" or less clearance). The way I have it allows the air blast tube to aim right at the adapter. Don't think that makes much difference. I may try and reorient when I change it. You probably know but Hoses Unlimited in San Leandro sells fire protected fuel lines.

Arash-
What kind of paint did you use on your prop and have you used it before to know how well it stands up to abrasion? Did you use primer? The paint job looks really nice.

I have not used Hoses Unlimited for years so wasn't aware they were out of aviation business. Sacramento Sky Ranch was great for hoses but they are gone. Best source now is Precision Hose Technology (PHT) in Tulsa, OK

I never have determined how you guys that have white tail wheel springs and a white tail wheel tire keep them looking clean :? Mine always seemed to show a bit of rust dust on the spring and despite my best efforts I always seemed to have grease/dirt on the wheel :( That is why mine got painted black

Bruce, do you think that green paint might have made it so fast it just sucked the grease out of the bearings  If that happens to be the case that might explain why George's tail wheel is always clean
