Eng O 300 c145 baffeling

I would like to rebuild the baffeling that goes over the cylinders. Should I be using 6063? T6. I need to be able to make the the 180 bend that this connects to at the top of the engine.

The original baffles were made of 1100 and/or 3003. Spruce used to sell the 1100 in "O" or soft condition, but I don't see it in the current catalog. You could always ask. They do still sell 3003H-14 which should "bend/work" virtually as well as 1100.

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)
