I just swept the snow off mine at lunch. I think I'll go back after work and pull the battery out so I can keep it charged up, it could be a week or two before I get to spin that prop again

Yeah well at 5000' here in central AZ it's been snowing also. Melts right off but this is an exceptionally crummy Fall here. Oh well I'm working on the inside of the house anyway. Going to Phoenix tomorrow so it'll be 12 degrees warmer and probably sunny.

It's pretty tough right now here in North Central Texas too. :D Mid 60's and sunny for the next several days. Hard to get in the Christmas spirit. It's a tough job, but someone has to put up with this weather here. That's one of the things that makes it so tough to work on that rudder - when it's great flying weather like now, it's tough not to be flying. When it's cold, it's tough to be in the hangar cutting and drilling. Gotta go, someone just walked by outside and she doesn't have many clothes on.

In West Central Idaho a snowstorm left about a foot of snow, then it started to rain with wind gusting to 35 mph. In a couple of days they are predicting a high of 55 or so. Winter is trying to arrive in Idaho. But at Johnson Creek Airport Idaho at around 5000 msl it has arrived see the webcam at http://www.ruralnetwork.net/johnsoncreek/

Jeez, Joe. It finally dawned on me why you live in Texas. Nice weather and naked women! Wow!

We've got the typical MN winter inversion. High humidity, low vis, cool, not enough snow to get in the x-mas spirit and all the women are wearing wool. You'd think they were sheep. Baaaaa Humbug. Let's get that cold high pressure going!

Wooly women? I think you might have something there. The sheep don't nag.

Bill, are you saying that I've dropped my chewing gum in the chicken pen and picked it back up in the past?

Joe, you devil. First it's the neighbour's sheep, now you are into chickens.
Grande Prairie TX must be some place  Are Chuck, Pat and Jim aware of your life style? I'll be sure to navigate well clear of G.P. TX You claim to own a 170, I suppose there is a story here too. It'll fly backwards or something. I've been warned of places like this.

Be warned. I was just checking around on this "Joe" fellow and along with his barnyard escapades it appears he also wanders into tents (at least he brings his own shrimp). :P

Bill, my posts were written entirely in jest, hopefully yours are too. If they are not, then contact me in person so we keep this forum the way it is intended. You are new here so I will give you the benefit of doubt. Personal attacks on a public forum describe in GREAT detail the personality and character behind the attack.
