Intructor with 170 in Las Vegas needed.

Post by sanships »

My project aircraft is still a at least 3 months from getting finished. I still have not flown a 170 since I bought it not airworthy. I am located in the Philippines and will be in Las vegas area from Sept. 13 to 30 visiting my sister. I would really appreciate if there are any members who are instructors who would be willing to instruct in their 170's so that I can get tailwheel endorsment and be more familiar with the type when I do start flying my aircraft here. Also I will be asking a lot of questions on what proper ways to install all accessories since my aircraft was completely torn down and rebuilt( all fuselage rivets replaced and anti-corrosion painted all panels).

All the expense to get this bird back in the air is really very EXPENSIVE! At least if I get to fly a 170 I will get psyched up again and have the courage to ask my wife for additional funding to finish up the project which will be 1 year by Oct.

Hope to get some encouraging responses. Thanks!
