Pre-Buy Inspection needed.... NOT.

I rec'd a bid list from Textron offering a Cessna Citation with the following major repairs. (Leads me to think an amateur pilot possibly once owned it or it was used for training someone very inexperienced.)
Here's a couple of the log entries:
1983 – Wing assemblies replaced due to high-G pullout (MTR available upon
request).
2005 – Major unknown event - multiple skins, stringers, and frames were
replaced along with both engines and significant repairs to both wings and aft
pressure bulkhead (LOG ENTRY & 337 FORM AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)
Nope. Not interested.
