Tow Lug Grommet

At the Wyoming convention this year one of the aircraft had tow lugs on the main gear, and what appeared (to me) to be a hard grommet around the inside of the tow attachment point. I have the tow lugs on my bird and would like to do the same. I should have taken a better look, or found the owner and found out from the source? Thanks for any information. Mike
