Hello all
Looks like I need an engine for my 54 170B.
It is a C145-2
We pulled 2 cylinders that were low this year and found bad lifters. The engine has 750 hours SMOH but that was 45 years ago.
Anybody got any leads on a good used engine. 21 grand is a lot of money for a burger getter.

There is an advert for a C145-2 on Barnstormers / Cessna 170 / Page 2. It is 0 SMOH with desirable accessories, and the price is $12,500.
I hope it is still available.
