Best Source for New Skull Cap Spinner

Any one know the best source for a new high-quality 6" skull cap spinner (polished preferred)? This would be for my '52 B model. I'm aware that Aircraft Spruce, Wicks, Wag Aero and possibly one or two others sell them, but the pictures and descriptions don't reveal much about the quality of them. I've read about some having the spinner coming off in flight, so I want one with a solid bracket and good screw/nut combo for the dome (e.g., no tinnerman). Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Make your own. 8O

Unfortunately, no matter who is selling them, today they likely come from the same manufacturer. I don't recall ever seeing a bracket without a Tinnerman, It's a matter of whether the Tinnerman is designed for machine screw or a sheet metal type screw.

Thanks Bruce (I think 8O ). I can't even tell from the descriptions and photos which have a machine screw or which have a sheet metal screw. Of course, if they all use a tinnerman, I can swap out a sheet metal one for a machine screw one. But in the many threads I read here on skull cap spinners, I thought some said they had one that used a nyloc type fastener.

Here's Univair's Skull cap bracket...looks like a machine screw. (Why don't you pick up the phone and call them and ask?) :

Yeah George, I saw that one but it's for a 5" skull cap. I'm looking for a 6". That's the one I'd buy if Univair sold it in a 6"
version. It has a nutplate' which I like. I even called Univair. They only sell a 5" one. So no joy.
