Which parts are nterchangeable between the 170A & 170B?

Can anyone say, which parts are interchangeable between the C-170A aircraft and the 170B? Are the elevators, horizontal stabilizers interchangeable?
In a word: No.
Get a copy of the two Illustrated Parts Catalogs and look at the differing part numbers.
