I think I'm all set with the documents for the Javelin. Thanks. Regarding the control yoke bushings, I bought some PTFE (Teflon) ones from McMaster and had them bored at a plastics shop. I found the PTFE to change diameter quite a bit with temperature. When cold these bushings were a little tight on the yoke. I ended up buying an adjustable reamer to slightly enlarge the hole in bushings. You (or any member) are welcome to borrow the reamer if needed. The fellow at the plastics shop suggested I should have used Delrin balls rather than Teflon as it is easier to machine. The price is also significantly cheaper; $5.60 for p/n 9614K74 vs. $41.25 for p/n 9660K61.

Right... in fact, the donated bushings were made of black Delrin. Delrin is a better material for durability, IMO, only slightly less lubricity than Teflon. I don't think anyone would notice the difference except as you point out, price and durability.
