Mine attached right into the holes where the original visors came out. A simple 20 minute installation.

Craig,
You're just rubbing it in aren't you? :D My 170 is a 1949 model and doesn't have some of the cool mounting stuff already installed from the factory like for the visors and shoulder harnesses. Are the factory mounts in the spar carry through or the shield?
