Neat pic

Post by N170BP »

Got it from another message board I belong to.

Why a picture of a T-6?

http://www.havasreti.com/T-6_170.jpg

There's a '55 B model 170 towards the right hand
of the picture, which was taken in 1969. The FAA
registry database says it still exists, and is registered
to someone in Virginia. Thought if the owner is on-line,
he might like to have a look at what his airplane looked
like in 1969!

Make sure you're viewing the picture full size (it's quite
large... bigger than 1024x768). If you view it full
size / zoom in, you can clearly see the N number
of the 170, which is: N3431D (a '55 that's still around,
based somewhere on the east coast).
