FLAC unapproved parts

Pretty interesting to read the first message in the new thread. I used these guys a couple of years ago based on a recommendation from a friend and had to have all their work redone. Unknown to me they have been in these types of problems before. With the Scottsdale FSDO nearby they still try these things??? Actually it's just one old timer in a small closet type shop.
