TEXAS January flyin

Post by 170C »

George, what is the nonsense about "having to work for a living" we Brenham attendees heard from you??? (Grin) 25 of us enjoyed an enjoyable lunch, fellowship, lie swapping, and a few of us hiked up to Dave Acker's hangar and checked out his really nice 170A with its new interior & paint job. Will be looking forward to seeing Dave & family at our flyin's with that pretty 170. George, we missed you and Jamie.

Frank, I'm glad you Guys/Gals got the message! I was overhead runnin shuttles takin' folks in/out of IAH all day and each time I flew over 11R I thought about all you guys down there eatin' juicy burgers, thick shakes, and glarin'/ooglin'/starin' at those teeny-bopper serving girls in poodle skirts and bobby-sox. 8O
Hope no one choked on the french-fries!
(Sorry I missed it, but gotta pay the bills!)

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)
