Thanks, Bruce.
Mine will take a little more metal removal than that. But, it is probably because they are owner produced parts that were made to fit pretty tightly against Continental covers.
I ended up deciding to put the Continental rocker covers on for now. When I make the new set of baffle parts, I will make them to fit the new Millenium covers. Or maybe I should hire you to cut out a set!

My Mothers day gift to me. Finished a new set of inner pressure cowl doors to go with the new center section I made previous. Only have to install the seals. All made from .020 3003 H14 aluminum. Formed the edges around a MDF form block by hammering with a leather hammer.
But of course i have the satisfaction of knowing I made it myself.
All this took enough hours that even the cheapo in me is thinking the Airforms price is not out of line. But of course i have the satisfaction of knowing I made it myself.

Do you have any "Texas" Baffles for sale? I would love to buy a 4 pac. just flat, I can cut and brake here. I am making rough items with tin snips, not the quality of yours. JD

Thanks President, you need to picture the State of Texas and compare to the shape of the 4 Between Cyl. Baffles.
I made my own cutting with tin snips and Saber Saw (narrow fine tooth blade). I am set for the next fifteen years at 110 flight hours per year. Enjoy the Annual Reunion, I'll be joining you-all in 2018 FL. works great for us. JD
