Engine oil Dip stick for a 170

Cleaning out my office [retiring one day] and found a engine dip,stick with part number 628410 on it and a metal tag on the handle with 170 stamped on it .is it the real thing? If it is I shall bring it to the auction at the next convention .

The one on my ‘55 B-model is pn 531081.

No. If it's a "dip stick" it's not correct.

BUT...if it's an "oil gauge rod" with the PN you posted.... with a metal tag on the handle with 170 stamped on it...YES. That is the correct one for our TCM installations. :lol:
