Although they both were applied to C-172's dependant upon serial number (and a few others) ...they use different cylinder assy's (calipers). The 30-63A uses PNs 091-02200, -15900, -05000, -08400, -11900, and-12200 calipers (cyl. assys) ...while the 30-75A uses-04400 and -06400 assy's. The actual differences are difficult to be identified in the Cleveland parts depictions, (various small parts and fitment) but they are different or they'd have the same PNs. One big difference, among many is they use different pistons. (Doesn't mean you can't make 'em fit..but the legality would come into question.)

They utilize different wheels as well as different discs...and different torque-plates.

So...despite their similarities in appearance...they are not the same.
Hope this helps.
