The zipper for the flap cables will be in the incorrect location, but otherwise should fit.

As Ryan points out, the zipper on an A model runs front to back down the center. The B model runs side to side at the rear carry through spar. If you have the wrong headliner for the model you own, you will be frustrated opening and inspecting the control cables and pulleys. But it will fit.

Depends on which B-model. Serial numbers 26505 and on (55 models and later) have a more square shape to the rear window and require the early 172 headliner.
