Headliner for a 1948 170

Post by duguay »

I am in need of a wool headliner for a 1948 Cessna 170. I have tried Aircraft Spruce and they are currently without a seamstress (about 4 months now). I have also tried Selkirk Aviation any they do not have a pattern for the 170. Selkirk sent me a headliner for a 170B but the ribs are not in the same location as the 170. I sent out my old headliner to Selkirk but their seamstress is very busy right now and it will be weeks before they can tackle my issue. Is there another company out there that either has a new 170 liner ready to send out to a buyer or someone who can make a new headliner from my old one???

+1 for Airtex. I installed a wool headliner in my A model. The fit was great.
