We wish to thank Mary and her team for a great convention at Deming . I never have laughed so hard that night at the auction ,can't wait for the auction at Cody next year. A big thank you for all the members and families for making us so welcome there.

Yes Mary, with Velvet's assistance, did a fine job and fun was had by all. The auction is always a good time, sometimes more fun for some than others. Great to meet you and yours. Was looking forward to hearing our rendition of the Aussie National Anthem. Of course I missed it as I left for home early. Hope that came off OK.

For those who have never been to convention, we play and sing the national anthem for the country of all members in attendance. We normally only get to butcher the Canadian anthem.

It seeems that the words to the Australian national anthem have recently been changed slightly, and we didn't get the memo before the convention. There was even a slight disagreement between Mr. And Mrs. Ghostflyer as to what they should be. It all worked out eventually...

The most national anthems at any of the 29 conventions I've attended is four. At Durango, Colorado in 1999 we had members from the US, Canada, New Zealand, and Mexico.
