We are excited about our August fly-in which will be hosted by members Jamie and Pat Crandall. They have invited us to a fun day at Navasota http://www.airnav.com/airport/60R

Their gracious invitation says: "I know you all enjoy old airplanes. Plan to join us for the August 3rd fly-in in Navasota where we will drive to lunch in a bunch of old cars! On the way back to the airport we'll stop at a downtown ice cream shop. Look forward to seeing everyone!" Pat and Jamie Crandall

Let's please plan to arrive at 60R prior to 11:00 am for our fun ride and lunch.

What a great time we had on August the 3rd at Navasota, Texas thanks to our hosts, members Jamie and Pat Crandall. When we landed at the airport they had the most fun rides waiting to take us to town to eat. A 1929 Model A Ford, 1957 Cadillac, 1959 Chevrolet, and a 1960 Pontiac. We all had a scrumptious lunch and a great visit at the restaurant as well as a fun visit at the airport. The day was a real treat. Those enjoying their wonderful hospitality were members and guests: Wendell and Sheila Wyborny, Bob and Robert Jolley, Karl Towle, Buddy and Jeane McGown & guests Dale and Wilda Cuthbertson, Jamie & Pat Crandall, Naomi Goodlett, Ken Peck & guest James Sterling.
