Sun Visor

Post by MT_Don »

Hi,
Does anyone have a simple flip down visor that can pivot from one end? I was hoping to it attach to the overhead sheet metal trim that covers the headliner attachment clip. Photos would be very helpful!
Thanks, Don 1948 C-170 :D

Hi Don,
I have a set of original sun visors that I removed from my ‘55 B model if that helps. I replaced them with Rosen visors and they’re just gathering dust in my parts cabinet.

Hi Joe,
Can I see a photo or two? How much you want for them? I want something to block sun, early w/o a hat, gets hot! Thanks! djlorenzen@reagan.com Tks, Don

Hello! Joe, are these still available? I am also looking for some sun visors for my 1950 C170A. The Rosens certainly look nice, but are a bit more expensive than I'd like. Anyone else find a good alternative? Thanks!

Sorry, Nick, but I sent them out to Don yesterday. I plan to see them again soon in OSH mounted in his plane! 8)
