A locally based corporate pilot flew his tricked out C 185 down the runway at about 25 ft Alt, possibly 90 MPH.
Pulled up at end of runway, perhaps went to alt of 250-300 ft. Did a chandelle and now he is coming back down to
end of runway. His landing lights are in the lower portion of cowl and alternately flash off and on. I've heard the term wigwag.
I was at the side of the runway halfway down. Obviously in position to get an eyeful.
Mesmerized.
I like it I want it.
How many of our members have this on a C170?

Re: Two Landing Lights / Wigwag
I copied George Horn and had Del Lehman add a right wing landing and taxi light. Both sides have LED taxi lights with the pulse light feature but I kept the stock incandescent landing lights both sides without pulse lights because they throw a usable beam farther than the LEDs. The LED taxi lights have a 40 degree wide beam and LED landing lights typically have only a 10 degree beam width so I wanted taxi lights to have the pulse feature visible over a wider range.
