Ft Pierce fl "kFPR" Great FBO and Teki Bar Restreaunt. Great stop off point for clearing customs and fill up. Best gas prices for South Florida at clearing airports. Wholesome food breakfast lunch and dinner. They also rent saftey rafts ect.

One of the first stops for 53C was a lunch run to Jack Edwards Airport in Gulf Shores, AL. https://www.airnav.com/airport/KJKA/PLATINUM_AIR_CENTER There is a new FBO there, Platinum Air Center, that discounted fuel purchase $.50 a gallon for first time visitors. Next, we borrowed the crew car and drove 10 minutes to Lulu's. Owned by Jimmy Buffets sister its a great place on the waterway. Also in the area is great little zoo and of course the water. Worth the stop.

The Helioport cafe at the Andalusia airport, South Alabama RGNL at Bill Benton Field (79J) is a good lunch.
If you fill up with fuel your lunch is on a donation basis. They also have some of the most reasonable self serve 100LL.
Just ask for the cafe golf cart to take you to the cafe on the north side of the field.
The army helicopters have a refueling station outside the cafe.

Gilliam-McConnell is now (BQ1). Usually a dozen or more aircraft on a nice Saturday or Sunday.
