There is a rumor which has been passed about that when a new OEM part is sold by the OEM that it re-opens mfr’r product liability. If so…the insurance must be astronomical.

I’ve sent you two manuals on the Carburetor. Notice that in the troubleshooting chart Items 4 and in the section “hesitation on acceleration” (see pics below) the accelerator pump MAY be injecting TOO MUCH fuel…and that the “test” is made from 1200-1500 RPM…Not “idle”. Prop gov’s are adjustable. (check that the correct gov is installed…and it is adjusted per mfr’s specs… and that the control-cable is correctly adjusted.)
