It was interesting reading about user fees in the last issue of AOPA

My thoughts on user fees is that our sirplanes will be worth about the price you can get for it at the scrap yard. Who will want them?

Send the carb to some one else?

If the engine won't stop with the mixture pulled, either the mixture control is not adjusted properly or fuel is not severed inside the carb.
Fuel is getting to the engine someway.

I thought that Delair or something like that name in California has an STC for a new panel.

I had great results from Superior folks- Millenium cylinders.
I had break-in problems that really was my fault, but Superior paid for removal and rehoning,reinstall. Did not really have to out of Warranty but did anyway.
I would recommend them.

I had an oil leak that drove me crazy. I had new gasket installed on generator. So I thought it must be the tach drive unit. I did and He is happy and so am I.

So what is the fix if the Monarch people are unavailable? When I purchased them I do not remember of any paper work needed, however that does not mean that there shouldn"t be.
