Talked to a friend that had three airplanes there. He had gotten two of them “home” before the storm. The third (a J3) required duct tape patches to get it home. So did the Staggerwing The hail hit about midnight Sunday night.

I can't believe they've gone up so much, and I'm glad I bought mine when I did. For the going prices I probably would have bought another model Cessna.

Garmin makes the GI-275 round dial vs. G-5 square. Since my panel is original I plan to install it or the UAvionix AV-30 PFD. Pretty amazing for an old tail dragger!
