Jim, yes, the L-19 U-bolt is tha same as the 170B one. You can order it from Air Repair using either the number you used or the 170B part number that you first identified in your post. A few years ago I replaced the one on my ‘52 170B with one that I purchased from Air Repair using those part numbers.

Thanks cessnut. While I don't really need double pucks for what I do, It looks like the ABI 199-62 and 199-62A aluminum wheel and brake kits are the answer and the only current options. Both are for 1 1/2" axles and approved for all 170 models via STC SA02576AK. Kit 199-62 has 3-bolt wheels; ki...

Check the rollers. One or more of them could be stuck or out-of-round. Also check the cages that house the rollers. Perhaps one of them is rubbing against the rail.
