Most likely has an 0290 engine with that spinner. Some put that spinner on the 0200 as well. Usually because it came with the 0200 they got from a c150.

Sounds like you did not change the cylinder base seal. Be very careful not to roll it. Also I always change the push rod tube boots. You have to pull the cylinder out far enough to remove the piston pin. Leave the piston in the cylinder. You will need a ring squeezer to get the oil ring back in the ...

Also if you look at the Piper aircraft fuel valves. There is one that is PMA 'd that is a bolt in replacement for the one above. # 6s122 I think.

Looks like if you could remove the groups of trees on the left, you could make a left climbing turn after lift off and do good. That would also be a LOT of work.

If the 600, 700 and 800 tires are specified on the type certificate, and the cleveland wheels are STC for the airplane, then they for the tires, on the type certificate. :?

Don't know the tool number. Yes it can be used by removing the push rod. Be careful not to pull the lifter out of place when removing push rod. Might want to plan on doing them all. unless you are sure this is the only one.
