So I just installed the goodies for pilots taxi light and I have a weird problem. When I turn on my light switch to the taxi light position it comes on. But when I switch to the landing light position, the taxi light goes out and the landing light comes on. Usually they both stay on when the switch ...

Would anyone be able to recommend a shop to repair and overhaul my trim actuator?
While doing my preflight this afternoon, I noticed the rod has a crack where it meets the end.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The panel cover is already faced up to the instrument like it should be. I guess I'll try removing a little material with a sanding drum and see it that helps.

I finally had a chance to install my UMA mainfold pressure gauge this afternoon.
It looks great other than the panel cover obscuring the upper markings.
Anyone else have this problem?

I'm planning to do this to mine soon also. I want to change everything from the fuselage down to the ground. I figure since Ill have it jacked up and torn apart, why not throw in a new tailwheel assy too.

I am looking into installing an Electronics International R-1 tachometer in my 53B with a C-145-2. Does anyone know if this tach would be compatible with Slick 6364 mags? Also any recommendation or advice on fabricating a tach drive cover plate?

I ordered a tap to chase the threads. After I'm finished, I was thinking about donating the tap to the 170 A...

Would anyone know the thread size for the large oil screen in the accessory case?

Buy the Fuelhawk dipstick for the C-172 with 19 gal tanks. The dipstick has about 3/4 inch below the "0" mark. Just cut the stick off flush with the "0" and clean up the cut. I've checked mine by filling the tanks and going fly for various periods of time. I dip the tanks before ...
