Re: 170A Fuel Primer O-Ring part number
I noticed there is a nut on the front of the primer pump handle. I am taking it that you screw that off to remove the handle/plunger?

Can anyone confirm the part number I would need to get at Spruce for my fuel primer? Are there 2 O-rings in it? Thanks

Re: Value of South Winds heater
I didn't see any prices in those posts. Can someone tell me they have paid for them or what they have seen them go for in the past? A ballpark.

Re: Battery Replacement
I spoke with concorde today about my battery. they indicated that is you let it drain completely, it is not able to be recharged. I had actually tried to recharge to no avail. Looks like a new one for me.

I need to replace my battery, died all the sudden, will not take a charge. Suggestions on the best replacement? It's mounted on the right side of firewall, not sure if all are in the same location. Blake

Re: Left mag drop
Early I I said that Spruce asked me what length of inginition cables I needed. I called them back to clarify. They were only asking that because I asked about only ordering one cord, in-which they needed to know how long I needed it, which makes sense. If I order a new set, the lengths are set based...

Re: 170 down in auburn
I did not know these fine people, but they sound like wonderful people who loved aviation. I have lost many friends over the past 6 years and I lost 4 last year, one being a 17 year old. As tough a it may be to lose those we care about in aviation, I always always try to learn from these tragic acci...

Re: Left mag drop
I am sure they are over 10 years old. Also when I was getting quotes, they asked what length. I have not measured them. Is there a stand length for these harnesses? I told her about 2 feet. Thoughts?

Re: Fuel strainer (fuel drain) replacements
According to what I see, the different part number is really the difference in the diameter of the threads that go up in the. As mentioned, I read posts that says CAV170, but mine have CAV160 in them. I had ordered the 170, but it was way too small for the hole in the tank. I guess I am wondering wh...
