I'll be in Anchorage around Aug. 5th or 6th. Not sure how long I'll be there but at least a few days.

We flew "The Trench" from McKenzie to Watson lake (~350 nm) to bypass the weather at Fort Nelson. The Trench starts in Idaho and goes for 1000nm.

I saw over 50 Cessna 170s on the trip, which tripled the 170s I have ever seen. Just driving the highway along side of Merrill Field I could count 17.

Is that the one that sat on the ramp in Hannibal? That looks like the one I looked at. I called the owner and I think they wanted $25K for it. I hope the came down for you. Are you guys doing the wings or sending them off?

I bought a sump drain (Saf-Air CAV-170) and noticed the package says 'BUNA-N' o-rings. And they are blue instead of black. I think most o-rings spruce sells are VITON, which is not recommended for auto fuels. BUNA-N is recommend for auto fuels and is also what they use with brake fluids. The Clevela...
