Large numbers are not required unless you are crossing an ADIZ. Is there an ADIZ where you plan to cross?

I don't remember where I saw it but I think I've seen this used on somebody's 170. Might be worth looking into.

Have your prop cover made 80 inches. It's only two inches longer on each end and it will fit either the standard 76 inch prop or the 80 inch "seaplane" prop. You'll never notice the extra length on the shorter prop yet it will fit either prop you may put on the plane in the future.
